Vinyl Caps
AB Multimask supply a wide range of Vinyl Caps in standard and high temp.

They are commonly used for the protection of threaded parts and components during transit.

We also supply vinyl caps in high temp for masking in high temperature cure cycles and extra high temp for masking during Powder Coating.

Standard
Standard Vinyl Caps will withstand 70 deg C and are ideal for the protection of threaded components and studs, low temp masking applications such as wet spray painting and anodising. Vinyl End Caps offer a good finish to any product such as, wire work, consumer and leisure products or to enhance the quality of many finished products.
They are available in many sizes and colours to suit your application.

High Temp
High Temp Vinyl Caps are ideal for masking in applications which require high temperature cure cycles up to 200 deg C. High Temp Vinyl Caps offer good resistance to many chemicals and are also ideal for shot blasting, bead blasting, e coating and anodising.

Extra High Temp
AB Multimask Extra High Temp Vinyl Masking Caps are a new development for the powder coating industry and are ideal for masking in high temperature cure cycles.
Extra high temp vinyl caps will withstand temperatures up to 265 deg C and have also been successful up to 280 deg C.
These vinyl caps can be used once only at these extreme temperatures, however, they are reusable at temperature up to 180 deg C.
